Position Overview:

This is a permanent, full-time position with room to grow in the company. Our Customer Service IIIs (Bilingual) work closely with our Inside Sales department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growth. You must be able to initiate and start tasks on your own and be able to manage yourself. Those who can multitask and prioritize responsibilities do best in this position. *** Sales skills and high-level communication skills are required for this position***

Responsibilities:

• Ability to answer escalated customers' questions/concerns, going above and beyond to educate them about the process

• Communicating with customers throughout the duration of the project

• Promoting the products and services we offer

• Acknowledging and responding to customers

• Responding promptly to customers' inquiries

• Working well in a team environment, but also individually

• Keeping the database up to date with all communication

• Self-motivated completion of tasks

• Communicating with other departments to collectively manage challenging accounts

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Candidate can work independently

• Can work and communicate effectively within a team

• Positive attitude

• Good work ethic

Schedule: Monday-Friday
